We had an amazing response to our 2026 American Public Works Association (APWA) Northern California Chapter Scholarship Program with 13 applicants from all aspects of public works degree programs and a wide variety of universities. The selection process was highly competitive.
Congratulations to our five top applicants who will receive $5,000 each to support their education and continued interest in a public works career.
Because so many of the applications were strong, the APWA Scholarship Committee sought additional funds from the executive board to award additional scholarships to all those earning a score over 80%. The Board agreed.
We are happy to present the following with $500 awards.
