Topic: What Just Happened?! Environmental Regulations in a Fast-Changing World

  • Federal environmental policy and regulations have been changing at a dizzying pace since January. The sheer number of executive orders and presidential memoranda creating new policy and rescinding old policy has made this challenging to navigate. In this lively session, Darcy will walk you through what we know (and what we don’t know) about these changes, how they may affect your projects, and ways to stay abreast of everything going on. She will also discuss recent CEQA court decisions and proposed CEQA legislative changes.

Speaker: Darcy Kremin, Environmental Science Associates
