Good Afternoon California Chapters,
Just in time for public works week! I wanted to share that the California Legislator passed HR 95 last week on a vote of 77-0. A copy of which is attached.
The California Advocacy Committee and our consultant Richard Markuson worked hard over the past six months to get this through the finish line. We also worked with our partners at the League of California Cities and ASCE Region 9 to gain broad support for the resolution.
